This residence, provides a much needed clean, linear modern design towards the water front of Bayshore Blvd. The exterior features a neutral color palette w/ stone accents and an elegant drive leading up to the seemingly transparent glass façade. Atop the front porch another band of transparency opens up to the second floor balcony overlooking the wizened oak trees and turquoise bay. Yet another, slightly smaller third floor rooftop terrace gazes over the tree line revealing a stunning birds eye view of the waters surface. As compliment to the exterior, the indoors features a very calming white/grey coloring on the walls, accented by stone, / granite surfaces and dark wood floors to provide a the much needed contrast in its contemporary interior design. The wrought iron railed spiral staircase twirls all the way up to the third level adjacent to the gated elevator landings. Inside the many bedrooms and bathrooms different tile patterns and backdrop contrasts set new themes for every space. Large windows allow for an abundance of natural lighting and views of the massive outdoor living space that features a pool, hot tub, and fire pit surrounded by a lush tropical landscape. Over all its simply elegant structure and modern design sets the stage for this water front community.
